Our Team

Alyssa Davis
Alyssa has been practicing and instructing yoga now for over 20 years in her adopted home of Montana. With over 700 hours of training completed, she has crafted her individual training style to focus on strength, mobility, flexibility and an overarching focus on movement.
For Alyssa, yoga has always been an enhancement for her love of skiing, running and hiking.
Alyssa completed her 200hr YTT with Bridget Lyons in 2009 and 500hr YTT with Jason Crandel in 2019.
Alyssa is also the host of Montana YogaFest, where she brings together community, nature, and movement in celebration of all things yoga.
You can expect classes to be playful, challenging and accessible to all levels.

Jen Ambrose
Originally from Great Falls, MT, Jen first discovered yoga as a college student in the ‘00s. She eventually completed teacher trainings in Boston and Rishikesh, India, and also earned her personal training certification. Jen’s teaching blends mindfulness and yoga philosophy with strength and movement that supports daily living, and she aims to honor the roots of yoga in each class. Off the mat, you’ll find her reading, writing for her blogs, and trying to spend time outside year-round. Jen and her husband also work as traveling pet-sitters, and she teaches online from wherever she happens to be in the world!
